剧情：淘气的张韩一（朴智彬 饰）是一名九岁的孩子，经常逃课或在学校捣乱。十二岁的哥哥韩星（崔佑赫 饰）则是个懂事乖巧的孩子，对弟弟照顾有加。虽然性格各有不同，两兄弟依然相亲相爱。 不幸的是，哥哥韩星竟然患有了脑癌，父母既震惊又伤心。手术还可能造成韩星失明，深感自责的父母觉得自己对不起大儿子，十分担忧孩子的将来。他们都忙于照顾卧病在床的韩星，忽略到了顽皮的韩一。 父母的忽略，哥哥不能陪伴自己，韩一变本加厉的顽皮了。因为哥哥把韩一送的卡片送给了另一位病友，韩一十分生气，被哥哥骂了一顿后离开了医院。韩一突然懂事了，在哥哥与病友都有生命危险的时候，韩一开始为生病的哥哥付出自己的一份力。
