发起家园计划,组建自给自足社区;自行印发问卷进行近千户居民拆迁意向逐一调查;安居山林编撰现代版《天工开物》，动画电影系列短片《独立之道》导演－－生于1989年的多媒体设计师、当代艺术家唐冠华，2010年所创作拆迁题材纪录片《花园》。由唐冠华历时一年以青岛城市改造为线索， 运用手持DV纪录这一年里不同社会身份的公民处于同一个事件中所持的不同态度。

The Old City Reconstruction project of Qingdao Badahu Community, which is the main focus of the film Garden, finally became the only illegal demolition in China in 2010 after it was released online. The CCTV focus interview conducted a special report, revealing that it had made an impostor, fabricated a public letter, and demolished it without permission from the government.
