日本のTV・SFを代表する名作『ウルトラQ』を、新しいスタッフ・キャストで20数年ぶりに復活させた話題作。自然破壊の警鐘を鳴らす古代伝説の謎を追う、3人の活躍を描いていく。初めて“ウルトラQ“を手掛ける実相寺演出は、観念的すぎたといえるだろう。TVでおなじみのテーマ曲が流れないのが残念。
